Very bad behavior of the shopkeeper. He is very rude, arrogant and abusive.. even to children. Very bad service. He is drunk in evening times and talks abusively to customers. Very bad person and bad service; not only regarding courier but other services such as recharge, photocopy, lamination is extremely poor... Worst I would say. Such people are tarnishing the goodwill and reputation of DTDC. DTDC should take action on this fellow and reconsider whether such a drunkard abuser should be allowed to be a part of DTDC or not. Everyone should boycott this place. Never ever go to this shop.

Good but, if your address is not serviceable then they don't any call regarding your delivery item, they choose very easy option return your item. But behaviour of Delivery boy is good. So if you have any Delivery items through DTDC courier then track your location of item every time. And call Delivery boy ...... ... Thnx....
