Very pathetic. When a courier is arrived they are simply making a missed call or sometimes calling and asking to reach their office for the delivery. They never deliver at home. If we are not in a position to take delivery, they are remarking as package is delivered and taking our package to their homes. Really athetic.

Bad experience in dtdc courier service...I sent a fast courier 3-8-22 through dtdc from kolkatta to Nilambur ... But not reached the location till 6-822..we tracked the courier and it reached at kochi... And it will take 2 moredays to reach.. Worst experience with dtdc...fast courier charge is wasted..

About their service:::: Very very horrible service. Nowadays all courier agencies deliver at home even more than 10km radius. But DTDC NEVER does it. Last time they said my parcel is a "large" box. So, they cannot deliver to my home. This time, the parcel is very small, but they said my home is out of the delivery area (that is not true!!). Other courier agencies always deliver at my doorstep even if the package is a small envelope weighted under 50gm ! Next, about the staff behavior:::: Last time they asked me to come to their office ""if I want the parcel"". They spitted an alternative solution that "We will send it via an autorickshaw but you should pay for it". At this time they COMMAND me to come to their office to collect the parcel otherwise they will return it !! Their staff behavior is VERY VERY BAD, especially one lady staff. There are a lot of other good agencies (Bluedart, Sree Maruthi, Delhivery, Xpressbees...) within a 1-km radius of the DTDC office. They will deliver to your home OR collect from your home if needed. All are providing good door delivery services. At the least, you can find some friendly staff there.. I NEVER RECOMMEND DTDC

Never opt this guys for international services.. they give false promises on the delivery time, they have no idea on the items that can be sent. They depend other providers to send the items... Very poor service

Extremely poor delivery service. They couldn't deliver the item on the same day it reached their courier service to a place which is only 400m away from them, which they promised they would do. It was a very important delivery for a treatment and already took 4 days from thrissur to reach.

Had a worst experience. My document sent through their express hasn't arrived even after 5 days which they had promised to deliver in 1 days time. No proper response as well when you enquire about your package. They don't even provide the correct tracking number. Bunch of illiterates are operating the place. I would suggest never visit them

I had really bad experience.They didn't delivered the product to home even I have paid extra delivery charge for the product which I purchased from amazon. the person who called from their office really adamant to not delivery to home which is just 400 m apart from my home.The behaviour was so impolite and rude which made me return that product.
