very much unprofessional staff as if they dnt need this. Go for this only u want to make ur life miserable. They wont send ur parcel on time , they wont reply you , they wont pick up the call even if u call hundread timea and if they pick up then instead of being sorry they say u should feel lucky that i picked up ur call. Ridiculous service never seen before .... thank god i send my laptop with Blue dart palus otherwise dont know what would i had gone through. For some other parcel i went with this dtdc palus

Third class courier facility. Person who is owner is very rude person. Not giving right answers and never delivered courier at given address. He is marking package has been delivered but in real case it is not delivered to customer. He marks it as delivered and waiting for customer to come at his office and collect package. Even he is not calling to customers. Till date I have 3 time same experience of him. Recently one hospital send me medicines via DTDC courier. I tracked package with tracking number and it was showing delivered on 27th JAN. But in real case it was not delivered to me till 30th JAN. Even he haven't called me to take this package.

My company wanted to send a laptop to my location in palus first time i checked with pune DTDC office and they said it's Is not showing in their list after that I need to go to Karad DTDC to pick up my parsal. Later on I connected with DTDC palus and requested to update their office in DTDC list.. probably after two months my another parsal was coming from pune and that time also same issue, the pune DTDC is saying no office is showing for palus location it's for sagali, karad, and Tasgaon location only after that I tries to make them connect with pune and palus DTDC members but the Person from palus DTDC was not responding to the calls. This happens every time whenever the parsal is coming from pune or any other locations to palus, I need to go to Karad or sangli in order to collect it. Very disappointing even after saying they are not taking care of adding Palus DTDC in the DTDC database due to this customer has to suffer alot.

Very very bad service. They say they’ll deliver in couple of days but it takes 3-4 days. They don’t even pick up the call after paying for courier. Try to avoid DTDC.
