Worst delivery experience I've had in a long long time. - After two missed calls while I was at the gym, they gave up on delivery and sent the package to Panjim branch. If they kept it at the Vagator branch I could have easily picked it up myself. This odd decision of sending the package to Panjim was incredibly frustrating. - No message sent about the delivery attempt. - No attempt to retry delivery the next day. - No clarity on when the package would be sent back from Panjim to Vagator to complete delivery. - After 6 business days of escalation and regular followup the package finally made it back to Vagator. - During this experience I started this Google Maps review and received a call from the Vagator branch threatening to not deliver the package until I remove the review. Absolutely shameless behavior. - Earlier I also created a support ticket on the main website and it never received response. From top to bottom this company has zero skill or care to deal with customers. I've had infinitely better experiences with even the government-run India Post.

I have had the most pleasant experience with DTDC, Goa. Since my address got defrayed and almost obliterated, the lady in Panjim called me on my partly visible mobile, told me the situation and then transferred my parcel to DTDC Vagatore. After a few days, I received a call from Shraddah of the DTDC Vagatore Branch and she has taken great pains to call and obtain my address. The parcel is expeted to be delivered today. The Panjim Lady, and, especially Shraddha, have displayed genuine Loyalty, Integrity and a Sense of Belonging to DTDC and in turn to me, the Client. Their courtesies and efforts have manifested in Joy for me as a Customer. Shraddha and her Colleague have made extraordinary efforts in taking initiative to get the Parcel delivered to me. One of the worst courier service in goa. They charged me 700 rupees to send few documents. They promised me it will take maximum 48-72hrs. They wrote "fast delivery" on the package i gave. And it took 5 days to reach the destination. And the main thing is most of the time the office will be closed. Basically dtdc in goa is a scam.

Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. I sent Rakhi for my brother and since the vagator delivery team was on leave they decided to update status to incomplete address. They did not try to contact me or my brother via phone. Till date rakhi is not delivered, when my brother informed them that we have paid 1600, the lady Shradha screamed and said , 'have u given that money to me, why should I care'. Have raised issue with dtdc central team, no response yet, they are still investigating. Please use India post its reliable, cost effective and no postman will ever yell at u. Updated on 6 sept: now playing victim card and speaking about an accident, she never mentioned this when we called her, nor her manager mentioned this. Liar.

The easiest and most comfortable courier service from the package being collected until it's delivered , they take it as their own personal responsibility. Thank you very much for making sure, my package was delivered in time.
