Dtdc is a good company with good services. But this “DTDC COURIER SIDHBARI” is a pain for customers like us. Why? They don’t deliver the goods to your address and they want you to pick up the goods from their office. This has been an experience a couple of times. Finally, the customer service was so bad that he couldn’t talk on the phone properly, he scolds you for complaining 😁, and cuts your phone in the midst of a conversation. 👎 Sorry dtdc people like them will destroy your company’s name. I would rather use a different company whose services satisfies you.
