Worst service. I got my office laptop from Chennai to Courtallam in DTDC express courier. These Tenkasi people refused to deliver to Courtallam even though it's only 5 kms from Tenkasi. If they don't have delivery for Courtallam then why accept the package in the first place. Then this issue was escalated by my office and finally their manager teams tried to blame on different branches from Madurai to Tenkasi
