Absolutely unprofessional, and pathetic service and they leaked the parcel information to the fraudulent people and got a fraud call. They failed to protect and secure the client's information. No proper response from the staff, it has been 3 days no information about the parcel online to track, and even DTDC customer care staff have no clue about the parcel, seems like a fake shipment id was created. Deserve Minus(-)5 stars.
