Worst experience🚫🚫🚫🚫 My cousin has sent one saree to my mom from neeleshwar (Kerala) to our native ie ujire (Karnataka) by dtdc on 19/12/2020 tracking number R39145195 .. And the distance between neeleshwar and ujire is hardly 150 km.... But what this people has done is they have send the parcel through via Cochin, bangalore, mangalore which had taken more than 5 days and still it has not reached the destination... In fact we choosed dtdc as we had a function tomorrow... Again I won't choose dtdc in my lifetime & I won't suggest anyone tooo please guys don't choose dtdc Even I had called several times to their customer service and they just cut my call.... Hopeless people

Seriously, such a bad experience. This guy lacks professionalism, he had informed stating he has received my parcel bymistake which was to be sent to Belthangady. He has sent package to kerala kottayam branch instead of Belthangady branch. Lodging police complaint against this guy. I hope DTDC official take strict actions, because of such people DTDC is loosing its authenticity.
