Worst service. Item isn't delivered by the courier guy but their tracking system shows it's status as delivered with fake recievers signature (name) . Mischief by some of the delivery guys of course. And the customer care service part is even worst as they are reluctant to receive calls .

I ordered a parcel from Amazon.in and they told me that my parcel was receive by a week. I waited eagerly for my parcel to receive. After a week, when open amazon to check the summary of my order, It showed that "the parcel is handed to the customer" and i was what the f*** to whom did they handed the parcel.

Very poor service and irresponsive staff spe at meerut branch also fake contact nos posted on net plse verify doc no zo9356691 registered on 13 dec at 11 am from meerut br gor jammu till date not delivered had requested for prem or express was denied i have been struggling yo get sny contact no of jammu sincd 14th dec but not provided yet.i hope somebody will take note of it.

Worst service ever. Dont pick the call. Take month and still dont deliver the order which was supposed to be delivered within 4 days. Even the customer care dont answer properly. You could even lost your item and did not get it. Nor componsation or refund. The 2 stars are only because of staff which do put effort at some extent.
