Pathetic service. Didn't deliver the consignment and updated as delivered. It was a prepaid consignment from Amazon. Their phone number doesn't work.They don't call or send text. They don't deliver the consignment. They keep the consignment with them or use them self. They are burglars. They should be kicked out of this business.

when i reached there . i waited 30 min but there was no one . laslty i called on number then they came and they do not know to write address . do not to pack . and charge very very high . the parcel is of 1.6 kg but they will charrge of 2 kg . worst service .still my courier is not sent .its been 3 days . Very bad experince i will not recommend anyone to go there

Disgusting services!! The online status showed delivered but it wasn't delivered even after 4 days in Bihar itself. The office person did not have any clue regarding this. After 5 days I came to know it has been delivered to some other place and that person called to inform about the parcel.
