Have visited twice there. Got an excellent, upfront and exceptional service as well as treatment. DTDC, Blue Dart etc themselves are big names and dont need much introduction. But here I must appreciate and acknowledge the person who is perhaps the franchisee of this particular outlet. He has been so nice, courteous, proactive and moreover helpful every single time. We rarely find such examples. Impressed 👍

Worst service by the employee and third class people are appointed by DTDC . Wish I could give less than 1 star.

I have tracked my courier and it was showing out for delivery but after waiting till 7:00pm i went directly to this baily road branch, and i have a very bad experience at this branch, even after the delay, the owner refused to give me my courier and abused me and even the dtdc courier and after lot of drama he gave my courier. DTDC Should take proper action if they value their customers. I have recording of the incident.

NEVER NEVER NEVER Worst service ever, charged me for one day delivery and delivered it after 5 days and they keep you on hold for 15-20 minutes and the moment someone attends the call they disconnect it real quick. Worst service ever. Never ever go for DTDC, I have had several bad experiences. The owner is really nice but other staff is very rude and disrespectful.
