Very high cost for sending courier. I will never ever go to the DTDC ever again. They just looted me. Usually it costs not more than ₹75, but they charged ₹200. It wouldn't have cost me more than ₹60 through India posts. Lootera.

Pbvr DTDC have been likely cheating public since a long time by not delivering packages to home. They will first ask you where you live, then, they will manipulate that information and tell you we don't deliver there. I live 1 KM away from their office and in perumbavoor town itself. They still have no shame to say that we don't deliver. Next day, I went to their office and asked about company document supporting their claim and staff said I don't have any such document. !!! This office is simply threatening and cheating home users, with a word that if you don't pickup, we will return it and you will be loser. This is against consumer rights. They take money for service but take law in to their hand. I will not give any more work or I will not ask my senders to use DTDC going forward. This company has a customer care toll free number but it is only in paper , the phone is dead. You see the management itself don't care , why should then these offices. stay away from DTDC and have peace of mind

Located at the heart of the city. Took time to locate the Courier facility... The staff were polite and all.. Highly recommended due to the DTDC having branches through out India and considering the fact that they does home delivery

Very bad experience.very cheating service. I'm military man.my father send me courier through dtdc service on 6th january 2020.Today is 20th january. I didn't get my courier. Then the dtdc guy receive 2500 for 18 kg from my father. I call him and asked about this, then he tell that he send my courier by air. How could it possible.then I contact the customer care at delhi, then they said that, dtdc send my courier by road(ROAD). Then why he swallow such a huge amount.Then I call him and tell him, then he shouted like a dog. Very sad experience for me. Another courier service provide 45/kilo.so don't waste your money and parcel
