Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Kind request to anyone reading this - please refrain from using DTDC service for any courier delivery. Once i shipped Google pixel earbuds, they went missing and had to follow up for 9 months to get half the price of it Recently ordered some items from Patanjali, they unfortunately used DTDC to ship them from Haridwar. Even when the items reached the nearest hub, they continued delaying the delivery. They erroneously marked that customer asked for change in delivery timelines while I never got any calls from them. Hence this request to never even bother using these service

Had a worst experience on their way of Billing!! My Bicycle was boxed and weigh about 20kgs ! They said we do charges as measurement weight and cost around 30rs per KG, Then I brought the packed box to their office! They simply measured by tape and said it will come under 40-43kg weight by its size and cost around 2,150/- rs Funny thing is they said usually they cost 80rs per kg for my special offer ! Charging 50rs per kg 50kg X 43kg = 2,150/- rs and even slashed around 2,000/- But it's actually cost just 570rs/- As it's 18.200 kg weight 30rs per kg Nearby well-known courier service! Please don't try to use the advantages of new customers!! Your billing cost is 3x times costlier and billing is not geniune!! I hope you kindly make good and honest services to your customers ! 🙂

I tried to send a powerbank to Andhra Pradesh from here. They said it will cost 65 rupees and they will deliver in 4 days. I personally feel it is a reasonable price. DTDC is a lot better than blue dart. Blue dart said they would charge 360 for the same product to be delivered to the same place. And Blue dart doesn't deliver any fast.

They have no standardized rate for package .They will fix high rates on packages based in their mind.And packing is worst too.They will proceed to move parcel without properly ensuring whether parcel is tightly packed or not. Better stay away from this kind of service.
