My shipment was delayed for one week and the reason given was lockdown in destination city. This seemed untrue to me. There were multiple follow ups to get the consignment shipped. On the flip side, DTDC was fairly quick once shipped and an economical option over other courier services. You may want to choose DTDC Sector 35.

Worst Service that can be given by any courier service provider, i have sent 3-4 courier by them and i have to wait atleast 3-4 day to get the docket number and have to make atleast 7-8 call per day to each and every employee and what they tell me is that sir please wait we will send you. Totally not recommended, please use any other DTDC provider but don’t contact them only if you are interested in getting harassed by them. There many more service providers that give you the receipt on time, please don’t contact them for any services
