I booked a parcel / very imp. document to be send on 14 May 2023 to kolkata from Siliguri and was told it will reach next day but now it says it will reach on 17 May 2023 , so basically it’s really delayed despite me asking and paying for express/ urgent delivery ! The delay costed me heavily , so please don’t opt for this dtdc guy ! Its useless Nd a waste of time and energy

Supportive employees in the office of DTDC, but as per the location of DTDC Matigara hub is not proper the entry gate is from front side touching to the highway. The rest of the things are good each staff member is Supportive they will help and resolve problems quickly.

DTDC's extremely poor service in Siliguri. Booked a parcel from Jaipur on 3rd September (softdata upload) and as per tracking details to my surprise the process started on o3th (booked at facility). God knows when will the parcel deliver. Even both toll free nos. doesn't work. Whereas parcel from Matigara received within 5 days. Reply

Worst experience ever. To pick up my parcel I myself had to find the location and go, which was very hectic because there is no contact number or correct address updated online. I had do the homework with trying my the exact phone number which was tough also had to drive like hours and find out the location of Dtdc and also the people Woking there are rude no professionalism lack of empathy. They don't even have circulation number or the correct address updated online. Also they lie stating that they tried to contact me for the parcel which NEVER HAPPENED. They need to focus on being professional and take more responsibilities on their work. Hope to see the circulation contact number and the exact location of the DTDC address to be updted online.

This Courier service DTDC is situated inside the Kalpatru Mobile. The service hour is 08 AM to 08 PM. The reception at counter is quick and services are prompt. Charges are moderate say not very high not very low. So one can try if needed. Like and follow the review if it helps.😇.
