They dont deliver your high priority stuff too . And dont pickup the calls . I had to go and pickup the delivery myself. I called in front of the office staff and they didn't bother to pick the call. Very unprofessional. The tracking showed out for delivery for 24hrs but still nobody came to deliver the item. Don't trust your valuables with these goofups Pathetic service

Booked a parcel to mumbai on oct 10th ,2020 they said it will reach by 15th or 16th . The parcel was not delivered I called up umpteen number times but the manager is either busy on calls or is not in town... Never I got a call back from them... They are not professional , aloof and not ready to help. They dont have the concern to call out the dtdc centre in mumbai and see that parcel is delivered. It was just lying in mumbai centre for 3 weeks but no action taken. Finally I had to ask my people to go and collect the parcel in mumbai . If that is the case why should I pay the full amount will they refund the money... I heard that DTDC has good service may be but this centre is pathetic ....Dont ever book things there.....
