DTDC athani Collected goods for transition on 17, they argued that they are constantly calling me. I haven't received any call. On 22 enquiring they conveyed my area is not under their service. Instructed to send to nearby centre and i ll collect it personally. Till 27 i haven't received the same. On calling a lady staff who is well behavioured provided me tracking number. Unfortunately over telephone it was wrong. She herself tried to track. Realising failure she conveyed her boss Mr. Sidharth contact number. As the enquiry progressed his tone and manner became rough and uncivilized. The epic centre of his eruption was the enquiry of contact number of my collection centre. i don't demand the glamour as the customer which Gandhiji had proclaimed, but i deserve the right of a common citizen who has to receive a valuable consignment. How the corporate centre be so irresponsible to run enterprises through these people.

Very bad experience. They didnt deliver the parcel to the address. They have collected a huge amount for the parcel. They didnt deliver it to the address. We had to go to the centre and collect it. The parcel cardboard box was damaged at two sites.

My courier got delayed and I lost almost 60 thousand rupees just bcz of these people. Irresponsible and culture less attitude of the staff. The lady who attended my fon was too mannerless and was not even ready to say a sorry inspite of being responsible for my loss. Instead she was literally spoken with arrogance and uncultured.

Very unprofessional and arrogant behaviour. Sends courier according to his time schedule, delayed arrival. My parcel was kept at his store for around 2 week. After couple of week he sent it from his office!! Poor service! Must provide another outlet for courier services in athani!

Very bad experience. I sent an item on 6th January 2021 to Wayanad. On 8th it shows delivered the item and I enquired about it to receiver (Wayanad), he told me that he didn't received the item yet (09January2021). I went to DTDC courier service, Athani, Thrissur. The staff sitting in the service center told me she don't have any responsibility on the sent item and even didn't try to track it, instead the staff told me to contact its owner. The staff always telling they don't have any responsibility. I spent Rs 350/- for the item still they telling they don't have any responsibility on it. What the hell are they doing? Don't go there. It was a bad experience for me. They misleading DTDC main firm by entering delivered the item in the website while they didn't supply the item. So don't go to the local area they are very rude and bad behaving.
