Service is fine here but there is only 1 person doing everything which might cause some delay and waiting. Also since he is a stressed old man .. his treatment of customer is in neutral tone. Otherwise.. it's a decent place with ample space to sit. They charge Rs.300 per kg as of August 2022. Place is right on 27th main road and easy to find. They do not have a Xerox machine.

The DTDC courier, 27th Main... Avoid this outlet at any cost. Front desk you will see a kid who is not even 18 years doing the couriering. It seems he is the kid of the franchisee owner. Is DTDC advocating kids for labors? I asked the franchisee owner , is it safe to parcel document in DTDC. He replied in a super duper rude way saying - Hope So. And I told him, is this way to talk to the customer. Again he became more rude. And I walked out......

This DTDC outlet is located on the 27th Main Road in HSR Layout. Unlike most reviews here, I found the staff extra helpful and friendly. Was getting a tripod couriered and they were careful and good with the packing of the product and overall service. The only drawback I found was that they are not accepting cash, which was a little inconvenient as I had to go to the nearby ATM and withdraw cash.

Decent. Does what it claims to do - delivers on time. Like any outlet on a main road in HSR, parking is a little bit of a hassle.
