Poor service. Not at all satisfied. I was about to file a complaint, as they failed to deliver my parcel in time. They told reason that, it went to some other place by mistake. Completely irresponsible behavior. And very very poor customer handling. Disgusting

Basically DTDC is known for its poor service and high price. Delivery boys dont take responsibiliy of in time delivery. one should keep tracking and even if you call no one attend your problem.
