Very very worst courier service. My parcel was reached Tambaram Master Franchise a week ago. Still now it was not delivered. Tired of raising complaints. Please never ever use DTDC courier in chennai. worst service.

Seriously they are very pathetic. Guys be aware of them. They don't even call us but while seeing tracking i can see it's not delivered due to customer unavailability but I am home all day. Last time the delivery person even told me to pick up on the point and very very rude to me. DTDC please improve your customer care. We are very frustrated on your service. I don't even want to give them 1 star also but anyhow need to place review right. Update i have received my parcel after one week.

Worst courier service experience. Very rude reply for our queries. Ask us to collect from them directly. Delivery person never call us if we are not available at the location and take it back. When we reach to customer care also they never respond properly keep on call waiting else will be deliver later only. They provide phone no but when we call they are not responding for our queries. No proper response from the tambaram master franchise branch. DTDC chennai working employees are very worst. For emergency or critical situation also they never respond anything seriously.

One of the worst courier services ever. The person who answers the call is neither civil nor is the information provided correct. My parcel was scheduled to come on 13th. On 11th I got a message saying it was out for delivery. I called up this office to find out about it and to get the delivery person's number. The person who answered was boorish. He said I would get my parcel on Monday, the 13th. Ten minutes later the delivery person called saying he would deliver in 5 minutes. Fifty minutes later he showed up with the parcel. He didn't take the OTP saying it was not needed. Till date my parcel status says delivery is pending. Highly unprofessional conduct coupled with total lack of consideration for other people's time is what characterises this delivery service. Just imagine that the customer who talks to the operator going out based on this information finds a delivery person at his doorstep shortly. The customer has to rush back or pay a fine for a 'failed attempt'. I try not to give anyone low ratings, but for this service I am only sorry I couldn't give a negative rating.

Worst service i have ever seen. All the contact numbers are unavailable or no response. Customer support available only between 9-7pm after that you can't reach anyone to know your status. No live tracking details, in website it's shows wrong tracking details. Folks please don't opt for this courier.

Worst courier service. They do not deliver your packages. Even after following up multiple times they make you roam from one office to the other. No one has a clue about what happened to the package. Looks like the staff is misreporting regarding the whereabouts of the package and either damaging it or keeping it for their own use.

It seems the delivery person does not knew the topography of the area he is covering. This is the second time happened to me stating wrong address when the address is very clear. Second review message: Today is 6th day of my article received at Tambaram. YhMy address is located just 8 kms distance. Even then the material has not reached yet. This is the worst experience that I have facing regarding dtdc my courier has reached at tambatam at 5th Nov it was out for delivery on 6th Nov I didn't received the courier but when I track the status there was an remark that receiver don't want the courier on this day receiver has changed the date. Ther was no call and also I have not changed the dat of receiving still such service its really disgusting 😑

Please donot use this DTDC Courier. Consignment reached tambaram master franchise on 10/12/2020, but they keep the consignment with them and when I called, they informed that they are not dealing for Hasthinapuram Area. Medicine is from Trissor reached in 2 and from Tambaram to Hasthinapuram it takes more than 24 Hours to deliver. I raised the issue with helpdesk, no response. I called via their HelpDesk Number, No response. Better not to buy who uses DTDC Courier as their preferred consignment partner.
