I had a bad experience with them recently. They denied to deliver my parcel at my home as it was not in municipal area. Distance was barely a kilometre from municipal area. I tried to convince them, raised a complaint too. Bt that of no use. forcibly I have to go to the office to collect. So confirm the doorstep delivery before sending here
