I would have given 0 rating if that would be available. The person is very unprofessional, he don't even know to handle customer. He don't stick to his words basically in hindi we call "Bolta kuch hai aur krta kuch hai" Nor he values time of any person. Be aware before sending any of your items and enquiry nicely because he does not share proper information over call and once you will visit to his office with your items he will share other information. I have been sending many items from DTDC from different locations and have never faced this kind of issue but this DTDC courier point provides worst service.

the dtdc at chandauri road is very rude. the owner is physically handicapped and is highly unprofessional. first he ask you to come to office and then ask for money. by the way he is a criminal and has been booked and jailed under cybercrime law for forging sim card selling stolen mobile and online bank fraud. so beware of it before using dtdc at giridih.
