Worst ever parcel service/office to dealt with.. they even not trying to deliver your parcel.. simply updating online as "unable to deliver or address not found" and texting to take delivery from their office. Even marakada half a kilometer from this office is unable to find out by these guys.. hatsoff.. This is the second time facing the same problem with these guys.. now onwards have to avoid the online sellers who is preferring DTDC because of the worst service from the DTDC, Kavoor.. Note: DTDC customer care later interfered in this and by the continuous followup from them to make the parcel deliver by next day morning. Without any address clarification or contacting through phone they found my home to deliver this time...

Great courier service for criminals to use. If you ever want to get rid of something just send it by this courier. It'll be completely untraceable and no-one will ever find it again. It's like a black hole , no-one knows what is going on inside.
