Very pathetic service. very slow. Even you yourself go there to collect your parcel it will take time to find it and handover to you. They don't have a proper organized system to deliver items. Case: Where address is written clearly, name, building number everything, they took the parcel back just because number was incorrect.

The customer care support through phone is quiet depressing. I have made two times call of ten minutes each but it doesn't connected to authority....

Very poor services in Srinagar. Tey don't have even manners to speak to their customers. It seems as if they are doing some favour to us for delivering it. After delivery to their center on an average they take 10 days to deliver to address.
