DTDC is situated on that first floor of the building. You can reach here through traffic police station road. Going through other reviews and my personal experience DTDC is charging a bit more than other courier service providers. Also DTDC doesn't facilitate the home delivery for its precious customers. From the agency they just ask us to pick our products from the DTDC centre. They have to facilitate home delivery for its customers.

Couldn't send photo frame through this, because it has glass in it. They DON'T DO HOME DELIVERY , i purchased a book from Amazon and there were ₹50 as home delivery charge also, but it came to DTDC Koyilandy, they asked me to collect it from their office, since i've already paid for it i collected it or else i've would have asked them to return the product.

Too expensive, They asked me for rs 850 for a package to send to Thrissur, since rs 850 was too much I took it it professional couriers an they charged me only rs300
