The worst service you could get in Courier is from DTDC Varkala. Usually they don't deliver at all at the address of the addressee. If by luck they deliver product that happens only with a tussle! either we have to follow up a million times or we have to go to their office and collect!! Never ever use DTDC. it is like paying for trouble and inviting it!!! These people should be banned from running a courier agency!!!

Very pathetic attitude from the staff. No door to door service even for small things sent through them. If there was any provision to give negative rating.....I would have definitely given. They are threatening to send back the courier if no one comes to pickup from their office. And when I told them about complaining this issue, they are least concerned.

Pathetic service by DTDC varkala. Refusing to deliver the consignment to me saying they don't have service. DTDC stands for desk to desk courier, but sad to note DTDC stands for Do Not Deliver to Customer. If there was an option to give negative rating I would have given that.
