Worst customer service. Good for nothing people. The man who is in charge of this branch behaved in such a way that we are requesting him for a free service. I sent the parcel after paying it's charge.. They didn't sent the item on time.. When I ask that he said " will send back the item if u question me"... Don't know why Dtdc gives it's franchise to such kind of of persons who don't know how to behave with their customer.
