Very Very Bad Experience. Staff's don't know what they are doing , they don't know how to handle customers.Very very Irresponsible Staffs.I had a shipment,and they call me to collect directly from their shop(actually its a "Door to Door delivery").I was far from there,so i told them to hold the shipment and will collect. They said "OK". after two days i went to there,they said the shipment is already return back to Kochi and she said "party don't want the shipment so we returned it". What responsibility is this? and they don't know how speak with customers. I never met such an irresponsible staffs.

I went there without having much expectations as there were no much reviews about it. Even the location of the office as shown in the map was a little confusing. It is located just opposite to the bus stand at VMH complex. Contrary to my expectations the staff was very courteous and were following Covid-19 protocol very strictly. They just allow one customer at a time. The staff took the measurements and weight of the parcel and also checked the serviceability of the pin code before they booked it. They also explained to me the reason for the rates charged. It was overall a good experience. I went there on a Saturday so that the product the parcel shall start its journey on that very day(and Sunday won’t be wasted). They shipped it on the same day and now I see that it is on the right track. Good service! I shall add their contact number too.

Very Poor service, These people never deliver the parcel to the address given, They simply make a phone call and it becomes the responsibility of the receiver to go and collect the parcel. I had bitter experience .
