My package was not delivered to home address, I had to collect it from the DTDC Office. This was mostly due to current lockdown as they are allowed to deliver only medical stuff seems, and my package being huge they didn't deliver it to given address saying police will trouble them. Nevertheless, Package was in good condition. Hope this issue is temporary!

DTDC sorting center as well as booking counter near Mohan lodge. Very good service in Telangana and Karnataka state. From hyderabad one can expect delivery in just 2 days compared to Professional courier delivery time of one week.

The package was with Gulbarga franchise for four days and still they did not deliver to me. When I called for enquiry they asked me to pick up the package by self. Slow delivery, poor quality of service, not professional, non customer support franchise. Also the address provided in Google is incorrect.
