Highly dissatisfied with the service and the people handling this courier service.If you have any complaints and call them regarding the same, the lady on the other side, having zero respect to customers will shout at you and threatens not to accept your parcels anymore.Is this what we expect from this kind of services? And about their courier charges, you can decide whether its reasonable or not comparing to other courier services nearby.For me, its a bit high.For this kind of misbehaviour, you can register a complaint with the kottayam branch manager and let him know your concern.Injustice cannot be tolerated, let your feedback reach the right people.

Very unprofessional, rude staff and not ready to do their commitments. They are supposed to deliver item at your door step, but they wont do it even if your home is within 1 km. You have to go and collect it from their office if you have to get your item. They will find different excuses for not delivering it though they got paid to deliver it to your home. Many people are unaware that you have to get your item at your doorstep within the service area. You are lucky if they picked your call.

The negligence of a single staff made our courier from kanjirapally go all the way to Bangalore and they were so irresponsible through out giving out all blatant lies. Courier booked on 3 rd Aug from kanjirapally have not reached its destination at Kakkanad not even on 6 th Aug. Normally it would have reached the very next day. It was all food items and fruits and cannot imagine what situation will that be in when it reaches. Beware folks, they will not even vpick your phone all's after they committed a mistake. Very pathetic service.

The lady who manages the office is irresponsible. I had a parcel sent through DTDC, these people didn't call me, the lady's son updated the status as 'Delivered' and then the package is missing. When confronted about this, she acted arrogant an rude. I had to ask the sender to resend the package again. Lucky that the package had something that I can obtain again. What if it was something which cannot be obtained again. It is lost forever. These people have no idea where the package is. Made me to call them umpteen times and visit their office multiple times. Wasted a lot of time. They also don't do home delivery. The Professional Courier is a much better experience in Kanjirappally. Suggest not to use this DTDC service, especially for receiving parcels

Very good experience. Staff is very polite and respectful. She was ready to repack my desktop computer to make sure to avoid any damage.. Weight of the parcel was 10.5kg (which was 11kg at bluedart) and I sent the parcel to Chennai for just 750rs( for which bluedart told the price as 4400rs)

Door to door courier. Not sure from which door to which. They said they do not have a door step delivery, and I need to go and pick things up. Tried calling a couple of times to know where their location is, phone was in waiting and no call back. It’s COVID time, the two men inside were not wearing masks, not giving sanitizer or even try and follow social distancing. Even after getting multiple feedbacks if you don’t want to change, it’s time to shut your doors for good DTDC.
