Absolute pathetic bunch of losers and thieves working at this place. I have lost huge amounts of product, only 20 rs chips, they stole every item from the box were delivered. The entire DTDC team working here are bunch of thieves posing as an official . They stole my items from inside and then packed the outer box in a way like nothing has happened inside and they have no working CCTV cameras inside the store . Every single person working here are bunch of robbers. Nobody is working properly , neither will help you after you charge them for stealing. No customer support will revert back, nor the amount would be refunded. They will only steal and then tell you casually that such cases happen regularly. First time sending package through DTDC and this is what they do. Never ever using DTDC and trusting this thieves ever again. Every single person are involved in stealing the products and then acting like nothing has happened. Be aware, don't use their service. Save your money and hustle.

Today I went to ship my laptop but they said I have to purchase a box from there which is a simple box and my laptop won't fit there along with the original laptop box. And that box costs 600 which wouldn't have cost more than 20 from market. They declined to ship my laptop because I don't want to send the laptop without my original box. Finally I shipped from other branch. They are looting by using the company name.
