Worst courier service of Kottayam, instead choose Bluedart. They just don’t deliver your package. Play hide and seek by saying it is not deliverable in your area. The whole franchise model of Kottayam is horrible. Wondering how is DTDC measuring the efficiency of their franchises.

My Parcel with tracking id R47116672 has been in transit for the past 10 days. I have contacted the customer care number many times. Each time they ask for a different contact number and assure the parcel reach that day itself. Every time they say it has reached the DTDC office near me (Thekkumgopuram, Kottayam, Kerala) but never received a call. At last today I got a call from the Kottayam office, and the customer care lady, without any apologies for the delay, rudely asked me to pick up the Parcel from their office. When I insisted on getting it home delivered, she shouted back and said I have no manners, and I don't know what I am asking for!!.. These people have no idea how to talk to a customer, and they are very unprofessional in handling issues. Horrible service so far. Please do the needful to solve this problem. Taking ten days to receive a parcel within the state is pathetic, the least to mention. Shameful!!

Worst experience ever! !recently I had to deliver a product immediately .so I went for express delivery paying double the charge. But they were not able to deliver it the next day putting the blame on customer that they were not willing to receive it.when I checked with the office, they said some lame excuse and their attitude was horrible. .won't recommend dtdc to anyone..
