Very poor service. I am suggesting, no one should send courier through them. Please. They are not even ready to track our courier.. There is no responsibility. Staffs are handling calls with very bad languages.. even the lady staffs. If you have doubt? Please call to this number and experience it. A lady handling these calls with very bad replies.. I wanna kick this lady out of the office if i met her. Sure.
