While i received courier from bangalore..... in Edakochi there is no door to door Delivery.. we have to visit the branch and collect our courier.... from DTDC this is not expected... branch is in thoppumpaddy and from thoppumpaddy to Paalamuttom road they didnt have facility to do door delivery option...

They do not deliver items and mark as delivered in the tracking. Not very helpful if you make a complaint to the central office too. Seems to be rip off company with poor service

Even though their name says Door To Door Courier, you need to read it as THEIR Office Door to their Office Door courier and not customers place. They force us to collect items from their office location and never bother to attempt a delivery.

I wanted to post a fragile gift from Fortkochi to Alleppey. Everything done in the last minute, the worker @dtdc made sure that packaging is fine,& reaches on time. 100x better than the speed post offered by Indian post office ! . Any courier service till trivandrum gets served the very next day here. It's affordable & effective than any other services. On fridays, the shopkeeper takes a break @noon, for his prayers. I assume that he closes the shop for the same.

I visited Dtdc located near main road fishing harbour, kochi to send a plastic bottle containing home made pickles. The Gentleman at dtdc was kind enough to repacked in a cartoon. The service they provide is very prompt and professional. Earlier also I have send through this dtdc fishing harbour counter to Guwahati and other places.Each time parcel was delivered on time.

Basically a hole in the wall sort of establishment so initially hard to find but it’s at least on the road so you can see it if you’re paying attention. Roads don’t have parking in front so keep that in mind. Super nice and helpful staff, just brought in the package and they taped it up and did everything fairly quickly. He even wrote that it’s fragile on the box when I expressed concern over it being handled roughly so majorly appreciated that. There’s an ATM nearby as well in case you need cash cause they don’t accept cards as far as I know, but they do seem to take UPI type services though you’ll have to double check with them, they picked up when I called so I’d urge you to do the same.

They are the fastest and cheapest courier available near this area... They are reliable and Efficient.. Even though the shop is small they have good service It's a very small store which is difficult to be noticed from a movin vehicle but he board is there to rectify it..
