If u are buying anything online (for ex, Clothes), request your seller not to use DTDC. The service and staff here at pottamal DTDC is the worst. The staff is extremely arrogant and does not know how to talk to customers. They denied delivering the parcels to the destination address and threatened to return the parcel if not collected from their office. And since we had a verbal argument over this last time, he actually returned the new parcel without even contacting us.Highly disappointed with such a service from a popular courier service like DTDC.As much as possible, we inform sellers not to send through DTDC but at times they are left with no choice.

Sometimes they don't even call and return the item. Such scumbags. Please fire these uncouth employees. Otherwise its the reputation of DTDC that going to be at stake. I know that all the negative experiences marked by people are true, sine i have experienced the same multiple time. They have lots of prejudices and inhumane practices. They were asking us to collect parcels from office, even when the entire family is under home quarantine. It's nothing short of harrasment.

This review is for DTDC (Pottammal Junction, Road, Kuthiravattom, Kozhikode, Kerala 673016, Sidharth is the contact name shown in True caller) worst experience ever. They never deliver even the premium service shipment to respective location even if it is within 3 km radius, and ask rudely to collect the courier from his office. Never have any courtesy to the customer. Acts like he is paying us to avail of the DTDC service. Looking for DTDC Management to fix this.

Really hated it... If there's an opportunity of me to Negative staring .. I would be rather giving that .... The main which made me feel worst is their attitude towards the customers ... Felt as if we are their servants and have to follow their orders ... They dnt even deliver to their closer places of the office places.. calling and saying .. U have a delivery .. do u please mind collecting from the office or shop.. as they have many other deliveries to do... As if we are just not so big clients considered to them ... When I asked that it's said to be door delivery while booking, their reply was if it to be delivered to door it may take about 2,3 days more ... While my delivery address is just 500 mtrs max from their current shop address.. Every personal in the office their is of worst behaviour including the female staffs sitting there at and office and male staffs are at the peak of their worstess behaviour.. Kindly everyone note the review as due to very hurt feelings.. I wrote this review.. Kindly prefer other courier services.. which might help definitely more than this courier. Also pls note I do not know about other DTDC office or franchisee. As to my place this is the nearest one and this is ma review about them.. Kindly considered this review for your references anymore
