The service was nice but could have been better. They inform on time regarding the courier and ask to pick the package from their shop located near Shubash Chowk Palampur. It could be much better if they arrange to deliver at the doorstep at least in a 10 km radius from Palampur. The overall experience is fine considering other options available in this area. At least the package was safe.

The worst services given by any delivery service in our area. The customer care of DTDC is the worst. You can try raising a query or call them on their respective number, but nobody will respond. Even tracking info is not updated on site properly. I had to manually track the shipment by calling the destination, midway or source representatives of DTDC. Better to go for another private services like bluedart and delhivery. At least they will deliver the product on your doorsteps.
