Very bad services, please never take services from this courier services. It's been 10 days my product has not been delivered or dispatched. I am visiting this place from past 4 days, no update on my product. Today suddenly I received my product stating it will not be delivered. Highly recommended to not take any services from them

Extremely disappointed ! Very poor service of DTDC. I would have rated Zero if there was option for that. I have sent a package and it remained in transit for almost a week and upon tacking, it was found to be routed for return without providing reason for return, even staff was clueless when I have enquired for the same. Even I tried to call your customer care to lodge a complain regarding delivery but unfortunately, I was unable to get any response. I trusted on your service after seeing some positive customer reviews and I was promised about timely delivery of the courier. I feel pain to say that your service really failed to meet my expectations !
