Its open from morning 10 to 8pm. Its has a mini branch at lodha phase 2 which closes early. So i visited this particular branch. Its good the service is quick it took 2 days for my parcel to reCh from Dombivali to Bangalore. The cost was 500 rs. I founded it pricy. Other then that its great.

Worst behavior......they behave like they are the only Courier service available on this planet.....the response I have received is baffled me in response.....I just want to send parcel...and I am expecting the bare minimum, to take my parcel and tell me the cost which I can pay and leave.....but surprisingly you guys are so awful that this little transaction take longer and seems you guys are not interested to collect a single parcel as you have fix clients such as nearby offices and factories. Let me reiterated not asking for anything extra......just provide service you supposed to provide being a dtdc franchise

Worst service by the office staff. Very rude behaviour. Not professional at all. My parcel was arrived to there office and delivery person lost my parcel and updated successfully delivered and signed on site. While I recheck with the Dombivali east shil road office staff, they confirmed that they have lost my parcel due to heavy water logging, but no regrets from their side. They asked to rebook my parcel again. Anything I can receive via parcel, that is confidential to me, and I am not suuposed to reveal that to any delivery courier service. Mr. Chandan just charged on me and asked for the contains in the parcel. While doing the courier I have already mentioned. Still why I reveal to him. He is charging like CBI officer. As he missed my parcel but no proper response for that, other hand he told me that we don't know anything about the struggle of a delivery person as we are just sitting at home and ordered and chilling. How dare he is to behave like this. Worstest experience ever. As we mentioned that we have to go to police for this, then their actual face came in. Now he said we have your parcel but you have to come to our office within 15minutes with a threatning voice tone. Very disappointed. Worst experience. I complaint on DTDC site too. But they closed my ticket without any solution. Even my courier charge is also not refunded by them. Just a Theft full act by DTDC. Recommended not to book any parcel to this office nor with DTDC though. They have proved that they opened my parcel without my consent. Still not received my parcel. Shame

Very bad service.. They had open our box packing of diwali faral.. and packed in another box without any information. All Chakali n Anarase damaged totaty. We have to refund payment to our costomer.. very very bad experience. Also consignment dispatch from Dombivli to Powai they had said in one day delivery.. but they taken 4days(after contineuous follow up from us).. The packet is of 1.5kg And they charged from us of 4kg by saying volumetric charges.. DTDC courier dose not deserve one star too..

My courier is showing out for delivery on 10/06/2019, and afterward showing not delivered due door lock. as we are in home for whole day. While today since 09.00 AM Showing OUT FOR DELIVERY but yet not delivered. Personally i dont refer this dtdc to anyone, no one bother for Customers service. When i called saying it will be delivered soon and cut off phone

DTDC IS FRAUD saying because......this courier service didnt bother to attend phone calls at any branch in INDIA. No proper tracking updates......... No Replies to mail........ No On time delivery... So don,t at all think to courier by this crap service provider. Just invest some more money and go for TNT etc.
