Very bad service . They don't deliver door step. They are so lazy to give response. DTDC should look into this and cancel their franchise

I have never been faced such a bad service with any other corrier services. Even when i did not get the courier attempted they update that i refused the delivery and will reattempt for delivery, even when they did not deliver,have updated that an attempt was made and further they have updated that my product got delivered. After that updation,i got the courier after 3 days. After several attempts of contacting them wasting several hours literally on it. I was told i would receive my courier in 30 min for 3 days straight. Akividu branch franchise was the most terrible service, response that i can never forget. Sadly i do not have any other option.

They don't deliver to the door step,we just go the concern office and collect our parcel and we didn't receive any calls from the office although product reached the delivery point ,so very poor in delivering the item
