Very poor service. A bunch of thugs working at DTDC office Kishanganj asking all customers to come to courier office and get their parcels during COVID times. Saying "aana hai to aiye, nahi aana to mat aaiye" and cancelling the delivery. They do not deliver majority of the parcels at all, without informing in written/sms if delivery area is not serviceable. Edit 1 Look at Kishanganj DTDC taking the moral high ground , particularly when they are notorious for taking orders from , accepting payments from e-commerce sites /their sellers for orders which they will not even deliver to customer. Please explain how is this not a SCAM ? I have not so much as received a courier tracking number. Adieu professionalism! Only a phone call, and that too courier person gets irritated when I asked for address so that I could come to accept courier myself. Edit 2 continuously telling that area is non-serviceable is not good enough. Why not send me an sms/email communicating you cannot deliver to my area address? If you cannot then this is fraud. Dear Sir, your Kishanganj office is basically an organized LOOT that is happening in the name of courier delivery service. Trying to destroy DTDC brand name . Now, instead of trying to improve service,the arrogant owner just like his courier person, decides he is going to reply me word for word , like I have the time for all of this. I stand by every word of my review.

i have been to many courier offices but this was different. regularly my shipments gets dispatched to all over india and never have i faced a problem from them. the owner commits the day it will get delivered genuinely which none other courier do and the always give proper response on phone which i was pretty surprised. overall i would recommend them. trustworthy genuine people with proper management.

Poor quality of service. It was promised to be delivered in 4 days but it took more than a week. This DTDC courier service provided in Kishanganj is not reliable. Also, when I went to drop my consignment/package there were two very young teens who were receiving the packages. There were no adults. I specifically told them about the deadline still they were unable to fulfill. Very poor quality service. DTDC is good but this Kishanganj branch is not. I recommend some other courier services in Kishanganj.
