It is a parcel delivery office that does not deliver your parcel. They will not attempt to deliver or even call you. They will automatically send it back to the sender address. Waste of time and money. Never trust them.

They don't provide proper bills. I have heard it from my friends too, that they charge as they like and it is not uniform. It varies from customer to customer. Please look after into it.

Don't go earlier sometimes the work person will open the courier office late around 11.00 to 11.30 am so go after 11.30 am for courier service is good

We have went to shop for getting the consignment status and shop is closed at 6:50 PM but the shop timing is till 9 PM.There is no proper response also .we think that our consignment won't reach to our hands.my kind suggestions to everyone don't put any parcels through DTDC in Neyveli.
