They are the worst courier service we've experienced till now. They've got our parcel delivered from Panipat since 1 week and they are stubborn enough not to deliver it to our address, they called and asked to collect it from their office and when we offered that we've already paid for it and it should be delivered at our address ,they are still holding the parcel. Pathetic attitude.
