They are having my parcel but didn't deliver. When I tracked it online, I found that they've delivered it successfully. How is it possible? I didn't get any message from them about my delivery. How can someone know that the delivery is scheduled on concern date.? Very poor in delivering service. Ecom Express, you should shut your service/ firm or else change your staff.

Haven't delivered order on time I had to travel to hometown but I was waiting for the order and when I tracked online it was saying address not found and the address from there pickup point to my destination is not more than 1.5kms they could reach out to easily through map..System was showing tried to call me multiple time and call failed but I haven't got there call but I was getting another calls I don't know how it can be possible. Finally I had to go there and collect my parcel.
