Ordered medicines from Tata 1mg on 18th Sep 2021. Delivery agent updated status as customer not available without even calling me. On second attempt he called me and said that he will deliver order tomorrow but updated status customer not available(Strange! I am willing to take delivery but he didn't want to deliver). On third delivery attempt he called and didn't speak single word. Well now it's been more than a week, they even don't listen to Tata 1mg requests for priority delivery as I am being care member. Humble request to Ecom Express Beed , don't waste customers time, some orders are really important. And last thing, at least teach your agents, how to talk to customer and don't update false status for product tracking. Don't make leading brands to beg for to deliver their products to customer despite being paid to you for that.

The new DC head seems to be totally unaware of what there delivery executive are doing on ground.eg not delivering to the address , not replying when phone call is picked or called back , refuse to do delivery in rural parts of the jurisdiction of the DC center, Avoids long distance deliveries, ®®I suggest you to always choose for self collection of delivery at the centre itself if it's prepaid order🌟🌟 Even when it's COD. Moreover it's smooth to take delivery at the centre itself won't take much time . It might be a good delivery service for those living in beed urban region but very very terrible delivery service for the rural beed region.
