The service providers who intentionally inconvenience people in this manner are seen as the first. A tablet was ordered on the 23rd. It was booked by paying non-existent cash, thinking that the eyes of small children should not be damaged. The money is gone and the goods are gone. A message came saying out for delivery on Sunday. called He did not like being told to come to the address. He didn't deliver it on purpose. When I called and asked, he said that there was an accident. He said he would bring it on Monday. No information available at this time. If companies like Samsung entrust it to them, how dare we order it.

Zero stars actually!!! Worst experience ever!!!! If they cant deliver then why the hell send notification stating that the delivery is out! My order with MAX Fashion was supposed to be delivered on friday and i am still waiting!!! Tried contacting the ecom call centre alot of times still in vein! MAX Fashion has choosed such an inefficient courier partner which is going to spoil their reputation too!!! Worst courier service in the country!!!!!

Very bad service, not taking calls. My product was out of delivery on Wednesday but that day delivery boy called me and requested to deliver on Thursday , am agree to deliver it on Thursday but it is not delivered. Again Friday and Saturday message came from Ecom express product will deliver but still not delivered the product. On their tracking site its showing consignee requested for future delivery. Am not requested for the future delivery. When i call the delivery boy he not taking my call.

One of the worst service I have ever seen. Am waiting for my flipkart order since last three days as i was getting notifications saying the product is out for delivery, but no one is reaching me by my address or phone from the courier service. When I called to the courier I was told that deliveries are being delayed as they are running out of required manpower. Surprisingly at the end of every day I'm getting a message saying "product couldn't deliver as i was not available" :). Am I the responsible person if You guys don't have enough manpower?? Seriously this is ridiculous you blame the customers for your own inefficiancy.

Last time when i ordered from amazon.. these guys made me wait for 3-4 times for delivery. I l get message saying out for delivery and then they update false status saying iam not available hence they couldn’t deliver. I had to cancel my order and ask for refund finally as they failed to call me and deliver it. Such unprofessional behaviour.
