Delivery of my order is not delivered yet and sent back to the flipkart the delivery person does not come to the house but I get a message saying that we are not at home as we are 24 hours at home and my delivery was scheduled for the 14 of February 23 and still nothing and no one is come to my house for delivery as the ecom delivery person are very lazy to get the job done for the customers please look into this matter as I will be going to the high end of this and I will let everyone know what your Capable of doing .

Same like many customers we too suffered with our packages 5days they didn't deliver, they said labour shortage. But still could have courtesy to call and inform parcel with them if it's urgent if possible self collect.

Worst delivery service I ever experienced. My package was supposed to be delivered on 3rd week of October, and it has reached the Delivery Hub on time but still they are not able to deliver the product to my home. Tried to contact them but no use! Got a company automated call asking me if I choose to return the product to seller or to reschedule the delivery date - FYI this happened 10 days before I post this comment. Will be posting updates every week about this.

Very Very Very Worst experience with this delivery partner.. I ordered an item in flipkart and these ppl were responsible for delivery.. but since 2 weeks fighting with flipkart customer care then finally found that these ppl not updating the status correctly. Verified track package in ecom site, found they have mentioned each as out for delivery, shipment undelivered as consignee requested future date, I never made any future delivery request and they ppl updating this continuously. and still no delivery made and not even knowing where is my package. Not even like to rate with one star

I have order from a website and the order was sent through ecom express. The tracking details showed that the item reached my city almost a week before the item was put for delivery. And then it was out for delivery for a week and still i haven't recieved any call. I contacted ecom express service number but no response. I have sent mail but still no response. I have never ever seen such a worst delivery service.
