Very bad service.Everyday they send the message 'your item is out for delivery' but not delivered the item even after three days.Finally I collect the item from their office at pala. No working phone number to contact them .

Terrible service. They wont contact you or even attempt to deliver the package and return it and then say customer was not available.

The worst kind of people are gathered to form a delivery point ecom pala the guy just arguing with me even not asking for what i had called , at the first time he cut the call by saying it's not the ecom And then again i called him and he answered yes and he's asking me whether I'm having a delivery and at the next second he's saying I'll not get the delivery do what i can like that don't use this kind of people in such kind of customer services

Very poor service.. Delayed delivery for days even after the product has reached the delivery center. 2nd time in a row I am experiencing this issue. Zero customer support. Really saddening performance.
