Actually they deserve negative points. Worst service. Calling multiple times to ask location and not delivering the items. If questioned, the delivery person is asking to go and collect it from their office. I don't know why these people are there in the job! Horrible experience.

Dont have much words to explain about this useless Delivery Vendor. They have returned my 9 items without any reason. When we went they are saying they dont have delivery boys to deliver the items. Its better to shut this useless office and give chance to some one who really ready to work.

Oh my goodness! I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided and would give zero stars if possible. Firstly, what is the point of offering courier service if there are no delivery personnel available? I recently ordered a bulk of dresses for our baby from the well-known brand 'First Cry' and had to wait for a considerable period of time for the delivery. Unfortunately, all the items were eventually cancelled by 'First Cry' themselves, with the reason given that there were no delivery personnel available to bring the items to my home. It's a truly unfortunate situation... I believe that if a company is accepting payment for a service, they have an obligation to provide that service to the best of their abilities. We are not seeking charity, we simply expect the service we paid for to be delivered....

An order placed 10 days prior and not received yet ....delivery of the product was supposed to be on 5/4/23 ..I haven't received any follow up calls ...This is for the second time , facing same issue with Ecom express... pathetic customer service &fake delivery

The worst delivery service ever! Since there is no option to give negative rating, I am writing this review. I had ordered an item from decathalon on 15th and has not got the item till 28th! Can you even believe it? Why in the world they are running this courier service when they are not delivering it on time? What is the point!!! Looks like I only have to go and get the item now!

If Ecom express is the so called best courier available in Kannur, I pity the state of people here. They simply hold all the stuff with them, sending lame excuse messages and best they do is ship the items back to source as it is without even attempting delivery. My parcel reached Iritty and from there they can't deliver to my location which is only 6km away. when I called them they said they don't have staff so now so they can't deliver the parcel and if they get time they will try and even without attempting for delivery they returned and put the status delivery failed.

Actually if there was a zero star option I would hav preferred that only ..very bad service .They sometimes deliver the product after a week they receive it .They won’t call us and mark we postponed the delivery ..there is no contact number for them ..they won’t pick-up the returns properly ..always disappoint us with the service
