Worst service! You get messages that they've attempted for delivery, and in reality they wouldn't even call you. For packages that could easily be delivered by other logistics partner in 2-3 days, ECom Express takes atleast a week or more. It's better to stay off from them!

The courier will call once with a single ring and disconnect the phone and mention the customer was not available. I think they tend to do this in areas where there executives do not wish to deliver. You are never able to reach the local office - you get to hear the same response when you recah across to their customer service helpline to wait for 24 to 48 hrs

Worst delivery service providers! We can't even contract the agent, they won't contacts us, they'll send the delivery notification at 5.00 pm and they don't event attempt the delivery. customer care is worst too.

If there was a rating scale below 1 star, I would have rated -1. Such an irresponsible and pathetic courier partner. They won't even attempt to deliver the product but will update in the evening that they tried to deliver, but the addressee was not available. I haven't seen such an irresponsible courier team before. Stay away from Ecom Express

Poor quality service . They don't even care about the customers. I had bad experience from these guys. Even though the delivery guy is just 4 kms away from my place he informed that he will mark the shipment as delivered first and will deliver the package end of the day when he go back to home . When i refused it he told he will deliver the product next day it seems
