Last consignment which was to be delivered on/before 12th considerably delayed and after hectic follow up delivered on 18th 7.30 pm. Being a Medicine it put restless for 4 days. I am totally unhappy

Pathetic service. They call you and ask if they can deliver on another day since they couldn't deliver on that day and you will get a message that the item could not be delivered because the customer was not available. They also won't pick up the calls.

No phone number to call back the delivery person if we missed their official call from delivery person. Difficult to call back as the calling number is something technical related. It's too bad. I missed the delivery person's call and he went back. The products I ordered was urgent. I tried to call back but due to technical settings it doesn't took me to call that person. Then tried to enter through their help link in SMS but they had made it set to deliver it after a day. So I didn't recieved the product in time. Bad service.
